We are now strengthening our European Sales team with three motivated and experienced Sales Managers that will drive the full sales cycle by excelling in both business development and account management. In this role you will be one of the key players of the sales team and a spokes-person for our products in the region.

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Manager your main objective will be to deliver value to our clients and deliver on assigned sales targets (targeting existing and new customers). You will be selling our complete suite of OSS, BSS and VAS products to operators in East and West Europe, CIS region and Turkey. We expect you to build, develop, and retain key contacts and secure new and/or existing business accounts. These positions report to the Vice President Sales – Europe.

Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Revenue generation, account penetration and market development within assigned territories and accounts.
  • Establishing, growing, and leveraging current business relationships and prospective customers in order to hit target.
  • Leading the sales and contract renewals process.
  • Keeping up to date on products, technical services, current market conditions as well as competitive activities.

We emphasize the importance of:

  • A proven ability and success in establishing client relationships by prospecting, building a pipeline, and networking. We want you to be able to create new leads and converting them into customer issued purchase orders.
  • The capability of learning quickly in a fast changing business environment.
  • Having at least five years of experience from working with sales of at least one or more of the following areas: OSS, BSS and VAS in the telecoms market place.
  • Possessing the social skills to develop value driving business relationships with people on different strategic levels. We expect you to have excellent contacts/network in the region with decision makers at C-Level.
  • Being a team player. We expect you to work collaboratively with internal resources to ensure success with the customer. We want you to share insight and knowledge with colleagues.
  • Have a relevant degree from a well-recognized University.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must and an additional language where Russian, German, Spanish or Turkish are preferred.
  • You must be authorized to work within the European Union.
