The Jinny First Delivery Attempt Router enables operators to reduct the traffic load on the core SMSC nodes and, instead, use Jinny's solution to make an early delivery.  The Jinny FDA Router is a powerful middleware product that provide a single entry channel and multiple delivery channels for all content and application providers over a wireless network.  

In order to prevent certain content provides choking your network resources, and others not getting enough, the FDA Router offers definable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which allows you to specify traffic rate per second, per minute and per hour.  It also allows you to specify complex rules no any SMPP field to accept, modify or reject the message.
