Finnish telecommunications solutions provider Tecnomen Corp. (TEM1V.HE) and Irish telecommunications solutions provider Jinny Software Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Italian Acotel Group S.p.A – (ACO.MI), have formed a strategic partnership for both of their Multi Media Service Centre (MMSC) businesses.

The Acotel Group has been awarded a contract with LibanCell in Beirut to supply its Application Router and Protocol Converter (JAR), a middleware platform connecting 3rd party applications to an operator's SMSC and MMSC infrastructure.
